Cellulose Sponge Cloths

Our natural fibre sponge cloth is all this: a beautiful and responsible alternative to the traditional coloured plastic sponge. Designed in Italy and produced in Sweden, where it is now a must in homes, it has been designed to be practical, durable and kind to the environment.
Made with cellulose coming from FSC-certified forests and cotton obtained from textile industry waste.
Washable and reusable multiple times, it is highly absorbent and quick-drying, perfect for washing dishes, gently wiping kitchen surfaces or taking care of general household cleaning.

Why is it special?
Our sponge cloth absorbs up to 15 times its weight in water and can replace approximately 15 rolls of paper towels. Our cloth is thinner than traditional sponges, so it dries faster. It is soft for streak-free cleaning and can be used on most surfaces, including glass, granite, tile, and stainless steel.

Cleaning and reuse
It resists over 200 washes. It can be:

• Dishwasher safe (top rack)
  
• In the washing machine (do not dry)
  
• Boiled in a pot on the stove

Composition :

• 70% wood pulp/cellulose (sourced from forests certified by the Forest Stewardship Council )
• 30% cotton, waste cotton, cotton scraps too short to be used in the textile industry
• water-based ink

Carefully packaged in a paper band and sold in handy sets of two, our natural terry cloth is:

• Biodegradable
• Washable and durable
• 100% made from natural materials
