What are refills coated with?

The refills are made of a water-soluble, biodegradable film (PVOH) that is 100% biodegradable and dissolves completely without generating any micro or nano plastics.

Are the products tested on animals?

Our products are not tested on animals at any stage of the supply chain. We are in the process of certifying products and raw materials

Are our products Vegan Friendly?

We do not use animal ingredients and are awaiting certification

Are R5 products safe for the home with children and pets?

Yes, once safely diluted the refill the products are safe to use in homes with children and pets.

Always store out of reach of pets and children.

Does using 2 Refills improve performance?

No. Our Refills have been created in the optimum dosage to be diluted in 750ml of water for degreaser, glass and multipurpose and bathroom, in 1000ml of water for floors, to give superior cleaning. Using 2 Refills does not increase cleaning performance.

There is one exception and that is for the degreaser. In case of use on particularly "greasy" dirt - e.g. motorbike chains, deep cleaning of barbecue grills,..- it is possible to use two caps of degreaser per 750ml.

Why are the danger and flammability signs indicated?

The refills contain undiluted concentrated product and the concentration of the ingredients makes it necessary to indicate the hazard and flammability pictograms. Once diluted, the product would need only the pictogram of danger always necessary in case of ingestion or contact with eyes.

How can I buy on R5?

Buying on R5 is easy. You can decide to buy products in the traditional way, or to subscribe. When you place a subscription order you can save 10% with our Subscriber Program. . With our subscription program, you can choose how often you want to receive products (every 4, 6, 8, 10 weeks).

How does the R5 subscription work? What is the Subscriber Program?

It's simple! First, you choose the product you want to buy: the Starter Kit, the kit of one for specific cleaning, the refills of 4, the refills of two. Then, choose how often you would like the refills delivered. You can select delivery every 4, 6, 8 weeks.


If you purchase the Starter Kit or the Kit of One for specific cleaning, you will be delivered the following refills in the first shipment:

  • The Starter Kit: 1 caps Degreaser, 1 caps multipurpose glass, 1 caps bathroom, 1 caps floors.
  • The Kit of 1 for specific cleaning: 2 caps of the chosen product

Finally, enter your shipping and billing information and you're all set. If anything changes, don't worry. You can cancel, pause or skip subscription deliveries in your account at any time. Simply log into your account at www......com to make any changes. Please note that R5living Starter Sets and Refill Packs are not available by subscription at this time.

Can I cancel or suspend the Subscriber Program?

Absolutely!!!
You can cancel or update your subscription options at any time.
Simply log into your R5living account, choose "Subscriptions" on the left side of the screen, choose the product you wish to update or cancel, and click the Update or Cancel buttons. If you would like to update your order, you can choose from the following options:

  • Change the date of the next shipment
  • Change your delivery schedule
  • Update your payment information
  • Change your shipping address

How do I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping on any order over €25 or for membership subscribers (insert link to membership section). Digital products such as gift cards are not counted in your order total to qualify for free shipping.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over €25 or for members of the membership program. For any order under 25€, shipping costs are:

  • 1.90€ per order between 10€ and 25€
  • 3,90€ for order under 10€

What are the shipping times?

We ship throughout Italy in 48-72 hours from receipt of order. For the foreign countries we ship to, see table below.

How can I track my order?

Go to your Account page and click on the order you want to track. You will find the order number next to each of the items shipped and by clicking on the order number you can view the delivery status. Once your order has shipped, we will also send you an email with your tracking information so you have it at your fingertips. (check with Peter for correct functionality)

How are the products packaged?

We have chosen to be consistent with our consumer model at all times. Each order is packed in 70% recycled cardboard, 100% recyclable and for the virgin component coming from FSC forests (here you can download the certificates of origin of the raw materials used). The refills will be shipped in paper envelopes with at least 60% recycled content.

Do you have a return policy?

At R5, the satisfaction of our customers counts more than anything else. We would love to make you feel 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products, please email us at customercare@r5living.com with your order date and number and we will do whatever it takes to make it right. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date .
