How to use

Brush over dry skin before showering. Use firm but gentle pressure, moving from the bottom up toward the heart. Start with your legs and arms, and use a lighter touch on more sensitive areas (abdomen, décolletage). After the massage, shower as usual. Caution: do not apply excessive pressure; Tampico bristles are firm and may cause redness on sensitive skin

If your skin becomes noticeably red, reduce the pressure, duration, or frequency

Do not use on wounds, active dermatitis, rashes, fragile capillaries, or areas with clearly visible varicose veins

If you have very sensitive skin, test on a small area first (e.g., one leg)
