R5 Laundry Kit with Stain Remover is our laundry kit for the washing machine with detergent sheets and sodium percarbonate, the active oxygen bleach for white laundry and for pre-treating stains.

The kit includes:

• 1 R5 Soluble Detergent Sheets - 30 sheets x 30 washes (find out how to use them and compositions and warnings here)
• 1 R5 Sodium Percarbonate Powder - 500gr (here instructions and compositions and warnings)

How the kit works

The detergent sheets wash the fabrics and remove everyday stains. Sodium percarbonate, added together with the detergent, releases active oxygen when it comes into contact with water from 40°C: it is useful for white laundry that tends to turn grey, for pre-treating stubborn stains (fruit, wine, sweat, grass, coffee) and as a laundry sanitizer.

Where it works best

Sodium percarbonate is indicated for:

• White cotton and colorfast colored cotton
• Linen, canvas, sponge
• Particularly dirty laundry

Where NOT to use it

• Wool, silk, cashmere
• Dark-dyed fabrics (risk of discoloration)
• Delicate synthetics
• Garments with metal parts or colored zippers

When in doubt, always test on a small, inconspicuous area before proceeding.

Pay attention to the temperature: sodium percarbonate develops its bleaching action from 40°C. At lower temperatures, its effectiveness is reduced.
