Compatible surfaces:
stainless steel pots and pans, untreated cast iron, oven racks, metal burners, stainless steel sinks.

NON-compatible surfaces:
non-stick cookware (Teflon, ceramic), glass-ceramic cooktops, enameled or coated surfaces, anodized aluminum, chrome-plated materials, silver, polished brass, painted surfaces. Copper is abrasive and can leave permanent scratches on these materials.

If you have doubts about the composition or finish of the surface to be cleaned, test the product beforehand on a small, inconspicuous area.
